The products will be delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing your order, after payment of the order amount has been validated.
We deliver worldwide.
You can also have Fifi Chachnil products delivered to a natural person of your choice. However, no deliveries can be made to hotels or PO boxes.
In the event of a delivery incident due to an error in your input of the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible and may refund the order (excluding initial shipping costs).
Whatever the delivery method chosen, you have access to tracking your order from your Personal Space (My Orders section).
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each order.
Except in special cases or when one or more products are unavailable, the products in the same order will be delivered in one go.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
All pieces are made to order. For any order placed on fifichachnil.paris we undertake to produce your order in our workshop in Paris in a maximum of 10 days. Delivery times then vary from 2 days for France to 10 days for Japan.
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order using this payment method.

– Identify yourself and validate your payment
– Once your payment is validated, you automatically return to Fifichachnil.com to finalize your order.
If you pay by credit card, you provide the sixteen-digit number and the expiry date, which appear on the front of your credit card, as well as the numbers of the visual cryptogram on the back. This data is encrypted when entered and transmitted using the SSL protocol (confirmed by the appearance of "https" in the URL displayed by your browser).
You can place an order quickly and easily by contacting our sales advisors, Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (local time) at +33 1 42 22 08 23.
Delivery costs and times are the same as for any purchase made on the site.
The delivery time is in working days (Monday to Friday). It is therefore necessary to exclude Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays from the delivery time.
If, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays, your wait is longer than the announced delivery time, you can contact Fifi Chachnil Customer Service on +33 (0) 1 42 21 19 93, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We will carry out the necessary investigations to determine the cause of this delay and will organize the reshipment of your package.
Whether it is a purchase made for yourself or a gift given to you, you will be able to return your product under certain conditions.
The product must be intact, in its original condition, in its packaging, with its accessories and instructions. It must never have been worn or used in the case of cosmetics.
Please note: Fifi Chachnil products returned incomplete, damaged, spoiled, soiled or having been used will not be refunded.
If your situation meets the conditions mentioned above, you can return your package to us and we will send you the desired product or refund your product at its purchase price (amount indicated on your invoice) via the original payment method.
There are two solutions available to you:
Return to store
You can return your package to the store by choosing one of our boutiques in Paris.
Bring:
– The invoice for your order (received by email, and printable)
Come to the store. Our teams will take care of your request and will either exchange it, create a gift card, or refund your product.
Return by post
Prepare your product:
– Pack it as well as possible so that it is protected during transport, ideally in the original packaging,
– Return the product, clearly specifying your problem and the desired outcome (exchange, voucher, refund).
Please note: return costs are your responsibility.
Please note: if no request is made expressly on your return voucher, a non-refundable credit will be issued to you.

Upon receipt of your package by Fifi Chachnil, the product is checked.
– If it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the exchange, creation of a credit note or refund via the original payment method.
– If it does not meet the return conditions, we will not be able to refund it and will return it to you.
